About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our Women's Football division. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the football industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our Women's Football business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the football industry, including agency and brand partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the football industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of the football industry, including sponsorship and advertising
