Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team at the Regional Medical Centre, Primary Care Rehab Facility (PCRF), RAF Halton. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to Service personnel, including highly specialist interventions in the musculoskeletal/sports and training injury environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to Service personnel, including highly specialist interventions in the musculoskeletal/sports and training injury area.
- Support the line manager in ensuring the provision of a comprehensive and professional physiotherapy/rehabilitation service for entitled personnel.
- Perform highly skilled physiotherapeutic assessments of patients referred by the Medical Officer (MO) or regional physiotherapy teams.
- Formulate, develop, and deliver individualized treatment programs based on evidence-based practice, manual assessment, and clinical reasoning.
- Support and attend weekly and monthly Special Interest Group and Clinical Governance Meetings.
- Degree in Physiotherapy plus additional specialist training or experience to postgraduate diploma level or equivalent.
- State Registered Physiotherapist Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
- Relevant experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, and orthopaedic conditions.
- Minimum of 2 years postgraduate clinical experience.
- Completion of relevant musculoskeletal physiotherapy courses.
Salary: £35,392 to £42,618 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours). Flexible working hours considered.
