About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Tenancy Advocate to join our housing support service team in East Cambridgeshire and Fenland. As a Tenancy Advocate, you will work closely with individuals to understand their tenancy options and explore services to prevent homelessness and build independence.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and dynamic person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives. Experience is not essential, as we provide full training.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including enhanced annual leave entitlement, commitment to mental health and wellbeing, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
