Key Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Estate Agent/Lettings Negotiator, your primary focus will be on generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
