Key Responsibilities- Emergency Crisis Planning: Support the development of emergency crisis plans for sites within your area of responsibility, ensuring that our business is prepared to respond to any potential threats.
- Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments on clients' stock to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement proactive and proportionate measures to minimize the risk of loss.
- Inventory Protection: Work closely with our operations team to establish and implement measures to prevent damage to clients' stock, ensuring that our inventory is protected and secure.
- Investigations: Collaborate with our Stock Investigations team to investigate lost stock, identifying the root cause of the issue and implementing corrective actions to prevent future losses.
- Compliance and Governance: Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and ensure that our company policies and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Audits and Reporting: Conduct regular audits to ensure that our security and loss prevention measures are effective, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Experience: Proven experience in security and loss prevention, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in security, risk management, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Publisher.
