About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Management Specialist to manage the entire HR function, including payroll, contracts, policies, and benefit management. The successful candidate will provide first-line advice on HR queries and assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between £30,000 and £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the company offers 22 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service after 3 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of the whole HR function and processes.
  • Providing first-line impartial advice on all HR queries to managers and employees.
  • Responsible for all recruitment and on-boarding within the business.
  • Maintaining the HR system.
  • General HR administration.
  • Dealing with both complex and non-complex employee relation issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals.
  • Ensuring all companies policies and employee handbooks are up to date and in line with current employment law legislation.
  • Assisting in L&D activities.
  • Performance management and appraisals.
