Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop system requirements and design specifications using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Lead system test activities, including Integration, Validation, Verification & Qualification (IVVQ), and develop associated processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, enhancing their skills and career growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering.
  • Strong understanding of system lifecycle management and IVVQ principles, with proven track record of delivering complex system projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools, such as DOORS, Simulink, and Microsoft Office.
