About the Role

The Service Charge Financial Analyst will play a key role in the service charge actuals and budget-setting process by producing detailed financial analysis, resolving exceptions, and liaising with internal stakeholders.

  • Produce thorough analysis of actual expenditure and estimate future costs for service charge budgets.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice coding, apportionment, and the accuracy of logged data.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather supporting documentation, such as invoices and contracts.
  • Check the integrity of account data and analyze variances, ensuring accurate statements are prepared and approved.
  • Use multiple systems to extract budget and actual data.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in service charge analysis, strong financial and data analysis skills, and excellent attention to detail. They will also be able to navigate and work across multiple financial systems.

This is a hybrid working opportunity for better work-life balance, with the possibility of the role being extended or becoming permanent. The competitive hourly rates are £20.88 per hour PAYE or £27.45 per hour Umbrella.
