Lorien, a leading UK high-street brand, is looking for a talented Cloud Architect to join their logistics engineering team. This exciting opportunity involves re-architecting their warehouse management, stock control, and logistics systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver cloud-based solutions for omnichannel retail and supply chain management.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and design for on-premise, hybrid, or multi-cloud environments.
  • Coordinate with in-house and 3rd party teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, including Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC) and virtualisation and containerisation.
  • Make key design decisions, create technical documentation, test plans, business cases, and other critical business deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing and delivering cloud-based solutions for retail and supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and design for on-premise, hybrid, or multi-cloud environments.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Understanding of IaaC, virtualisation, and containerisation.
  • Proficiency in making key design decisions and creating technical documentation.
