About the Role

The HM Treasury is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the transformation of our HR operations, ensuring that our services are efficient, effective, and meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the project team to ensure the new operating model is accurate and efficient, delivering what the organization and end-users need.
  2. Work closely with policy and process owners to ensure changes are built and implemented sustainably, identifying opportunities for wider improvements.
  3. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems through long-term culture change, agreeing capability plans and a framework for continuous improvement.
  4. Lead the testing of the new model and future products with process owners and end-users.
  5. Work with the change lead to ensure the communications strategy and delivery reflect the new end-user experience, supporting specific groups where appropriate.
  6. Lead on writing governance papers/packs and communication products where necessary.
About You

You will need to have experience of implementing HR policy and running HR operations, with a proven track record of delivering change in a challenging environment. You must be able to communicate effectively across organizational boundaries to achieve shared objectives.
