Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Orion Electrotech is seeking a highly skilled and electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Worksop.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining production machinery and facilities in a fast-paced food manufacturing company. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience with automated machinery and robotics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of production line machinery and equipment
  • Maintenance of automated machinery and robotics
  • Maintenance of food processing machinery
  • Fault finding using PLC's - HMI interface
  • Electrical and mechanical improvements to older machinery
  • Continuous improvement projects
  • Line efficiency projects
  • Reactive and PPM maintenance
  • Root cause analysis
Requirements:
  • PLC's like Siemen, Mitsubishi, Omron, and Allen Bradley
  • Maintenance of automated machinery and robotics
  • Electrical Engineering qualification
  • CI and Line efficiencies experience
  • Root cause analysis
  • Experience within the food manufacturing industry
  • Plant machinery maintenance
  • FMCG
  • Volume Manufacturing
  • Confident in electrical duties
  • Strong communication skills
