Job Title: Fire and Security Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fire and Security Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify and escalate any potential issues or risks to the relevant department lead
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fire and security industry
