Job Title: Lead Trampoline Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trampoline Coach to lead our Gymnastics and Trampoline programme at the Dick McTaggart Regional Gymnastics Centre. The successful candidate will have a UKCC Level 2 Trampolining qualification from Scottish Gymnastics and relevant coaching experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a recreational Trampoline programme for Leisure & Culture Dundee, coaching to a variety of individuals and groups.
  • Lead in the delivery of the Gymnastics and Trampoline programmes, adhering to Scottish Governing Body guidelines and coach to participant ratios.
  • Work with children and adults from diverse backgrounds in a physical activity setting.
  • Develop and implement coaching plans, ensuring high-quality delivery and participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve programme goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • UKCC Level 2 Trampolining qualification from Scottish Gymnastics.
  • Relevant coaching experience, preferably in trampolining.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and adults from diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
