Job Description
As a Lettings Negotiator at Anonymous, you will be responsible for:
- Valuing properties, listing them on the market, and conducting viewings with potential tenants.
- Managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and preparing tenancy agreements.
- Collaborating with the property management team to ensure smooth tenant turnover and resolving any issues that arise.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000-£27,000 basic, OTE £35,000, plus a range of benefits, including:
