We are seeking a highly skilled Oral Health Manager to lead our brand-new practice in London. As a key member of the Angle House team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-disciplinary specialist dental practices.

About the Role:

  • Taking line management responsibility for all employees within the practice, including motivation, objective-setting, training, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Supporting the practice partner in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as CQC, NHS, RQIA, and Health and Safety.
  • Supervising all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, and checking bank statements and NHS claims.

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in dentistry/orthodontics.
  • Experience in practice management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
