About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Access and Inclusion Lead to join our team at GO Community Rail Partnership CIC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our Travelling with Confidence programme, which aims to empower people with disabilities and promote inclusive transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of the Travelling with Confidence programme, ensuring it is participatory, empowering, and well-evaluated.
  • Engage and involve community partners to ensure the programme is inclusive and effective.
  • Utilise your experience to plan, coordinate, and engage participants from diverse abilities and backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with rail industry partners to ensure suitable provisions are available and provided on our confident traveller trips.
  • Provide training and support to community partners to empower them to participate in the programme.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in accessibility and inclusion, with experience of working with individuals from diverse abilities and backgrounds. You will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
