We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Oversee the store's visual merchandising, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Contribute to the development of the store team, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Participate in stock management, including receiving, storing, and replenishing stock as required.
