Job Title: Warehouse Team Manager

Great Bear is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of our inventory and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity and service KPIs.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Communication: Deliver regular communication briefings to ensure all team members are aware of company and local issues.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems, including Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
