About the RoleAs a Senior Delay Director, you will report directly to the Managing Director and provide support to senior management on more complex disputes work. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with commercial experts to offer expert counsel and support on disputed time-related issues.
- Providing coaching and training to numerous clients on delay-related topics.
- Reporting writing and representation of clients in tribunals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years postgraduate experience in the construction industry.
- Prior experience working in live planning and programming roles or delay analysis work.
- Familiarity with Programme and Programming Software such as P6, Asta Powerproject, and MS Project.
- Good knowledge of standard forms of contract like NEC and JCT.
This role offers a competitive salary up to £120k (DOE), car allowance, pension, discretionary bonus, and hybrid working opportunities. Additionally, you will have access to further qualifications and training to support your career development.
