The Role

As an EDC Integration Specialist, you will be a key member of Veeva's CDMS Professional Services team. You will provide expert consulting and integration design to project teams implementing Veeva Vault CDMS solutions for companies in the life sciences industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing solution architecture and technical integrations for customer implementations
  • Providing expertise in EDC integrations, technical design, and best practices
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
  • Supporting 3rd party vendors with API-based integration implementation
  • Assisting with customer integration UAT and troubleshooting cloud-based connections
  • Contributing to professional services knowledge base and developing internal tools
  • Delivering technical presentations to current and prospective customers

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and business audiences
  • At least 3 years of experience with EDC integration in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to demo complex technical solutions
  • Experience with ETL tools and data management standards such as CDISC and ODM

Nice to Have

  • Experience building solutions in cloud-based SaaS applications using APIs such as SOAP/REST/GraphQL/JasonPure
  • Project Management experience for enterprise software implementations
  • Document/Data migration experience and familiarity with industry standards
  • SaaS/Cloud experience in delivering clinical trials and fluency in multiple European languages
