About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Labourer to join our Responsive Repairs team at Platform Property Care, a well-established property maintenance business within the Platform Housing Group. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment services to our customers in the Peak District.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Roofer and other tradespeople on site
  • Assist with property maintenance and repairs to an excellent standard
  • Work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Sound labouring experience in the building industry
  • Multi-trade skills and ability to work at height
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence and DBS check
