Salary: £35,360-£37,440 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting recovery-focused pathways.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and planning targeted interventions that address individual needs and goals.

Working closely with colleagues, you will ensure seamless communication and collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement treatment plans that foster patient independence and self-worth.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care pathways that meet organisational objectives.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in mental health rehabilitation with a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
