About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Key Stage 1 class. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the teacher and students in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the teacher in planning and delivering lessons to students in a Year 2 class
  • Assist with the implementation of educational programs and activities
  • Provide individualized support to students with varying needs and abilities
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and respectful classroom environment
  • Collaborate with the teaching staff to achieve academic and behavioral goals
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field
  • Previous experience working with children in a primary setting
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
