We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer with a strong mechanical background in diesel engines, fault diagnosis, and repair to join our team at Speedy Hire.
As a Depot Generator and Compressor Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel generators and compressors, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet the required standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, be able to diagnose and repair complex issues, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on diesel generators and compressors
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair operations
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
