About the Role:
Hooray is delighted to be supporting a long-standing client to recruit for a Fundraising Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust fundraising strategy for the charity
- Manage income and expenditure budgets, and lead the annual budgeting process
- Monitor and report monthly on progress towards income targets
- Research & develop business cases for new income-generating activities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the fundraising team, maintaining an enthusiastic, flexible, and engaged staff team
