Job Overview

The Legal Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to allocated Partners and Associates, ensuring efficient communication with clients, and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to Partners and Associates, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating billing/credit control.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, handling queries and issues efficiently, and liaising with Partners and Associates as needed.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the legal area of expertise of allocated Partners and Associates and contribute to the firm's Strategy by understanding how their work aligns with this vision.
  • Co-ordinate marketing activities, assist with seminar preparations, and help prepare client correspondence and documents.
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with at least two years' legal secretarial experience, preferably within an Employment team. Essential skills include effective time management, diary management, good communication skills, and a professional telephone manner.
