Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.
- Write, review, and update clinical policies and procedures as appropriate.
- Shadow the Nurse Manager and cover for the Nurse Manager when needed.
- Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
- Must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse.
- 6+ months of Nurse experience.
- A valid NMC Pin.
