About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Lead to join our successful Power Products team at Raytheon Technologies. As a Principal Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting complete control solutions on one or more Power Products and overseeing technical integration of contributions from other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and design complex digital systems
  • Lead technical teams in integrating digital solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system integration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
  2. Proven experience in digital design techniques and embedded development
  3. Strong analytical skills, including circuit simulation and thermal analysis
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000, dependent on experience. This includes a base salary, pension contributions, and additional benefits. We also offer flexible working arrangements, canteen facilities, and access to on-line learning modules and external training programs.
