1. Store Operations

• Drive sales and maximise store profitability by maintaining high visual standards and utilising in-store devices effectively.
• Analyse Oracle reports to inform key sales decisions and maintain a strong understanding of Customer Satisfaction surveys and the company Net Promoter Score (NPS).

1. Customer Service

• Provide first-class service to customers, maintaining retention and resolving enquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Ensure consistency within internal teams and drive high service levels.

1. Sales and Visual Merchandising

• Confidently use the store's dashboard to analyse Footfall, Average Transaction Value and conversion, applying this to the store environment.
• Ensure mannequins, displays and windows are updated in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines.

• Excellent Time Management skills
• IT skills- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Prior retail management experience and knowledge of Trainee Management Academy
