**Job Summary**: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of our ground works and civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

With a strong track record in quantity surveying and commercial management, you will have excellent knowledge of JCT contracts and a proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. You will be confident in your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
