Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Radio Operator to join our team. As a key member of our offshore crew, you will be responsible for operating communication equipment, transmitting messages, and ensuring the safe operation of our vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Operate radio communication equipment to receive and transmit messages between vessels, shore bases, and other stations.">
  • Maintain accurate records of all radio communications and telephone charges.">
  • Ensure the proper functioning of electronic navigational aids and perform routine tests on standby radio equipment.">
  • Assist with the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers and provide briefings as required.">
  • Participate in emergency drills and respond to emergency situations as per assigned duties.">

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A successful military discharge or relevant craft certificate is highly desirable.">
  • Valid medical examination and vaccination certificates are necessary.">
  • Promote a safe and respectful work environment, and demonstrate care for the safety and well-being of all personnel.">
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and motivation skills, with the ability to mentor and train crew members.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers.">
