Junior Sales and Marketing Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for students or graduates looking to start their career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on digital sales leads and convert them into sales
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating engaging content and uploading photographs and videos
  • Develop and send out targeted email campaigns to customers with promotional offers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, including answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Book appointments for customers to visit our premises and build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Update our CRM system with sales activity and use Mailchimp to send out updates and offers
Requirements:
  • Confident and driven individual with excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience using social media and ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable manner with a strong customer focus
