We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team, who will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects. The successful candidate will possess:

  • Significant experience in the construction industry, preferably in a quantity surveying role.
  • Excellent knowledge of building regulations, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A valid UK driving license.

The salary for this role is up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.

Job Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

  • Preparing detailed financial reports and forecasts for construction projects.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with construction projects.
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Reviewing and approving construction contracts, payment schedules, and other financial documents.
  • Providing expert advice on construction law, building regulations, and contractual matters.
