Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Pertemps Bristol Industrial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring seamless logistics and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a small team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and adherence to established KPIs and customer SLAs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required reports, including inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Be hands-on in the warehouse, performing tasks such as lifting, carrying, and driving, as required.
- Provide a smooth hand-over at the end of each shift, ensuring continuity and efficiency.
- Operate PPT/FLT equipment and occasionally drive company vehicles.
- Full UK manual driving license.
- Indate external counterbalance forklift certificate (desirable).
- Experience using PPT trucks and a minimum of two years' supervisory experience within a distribution environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing working hours and support other resources as needed.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources processes, including absence management, conduct management, and performance management.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
