Live Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to join their dynamic team in the Midlands. This is a rare opportunity to work for a well-known events agency, delivering a large variety of events including conferences, team building, employee engagement, internal communications, and incentives in the UK and internationally.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced event agency, with a proven track record of client relationship management, creative content development, project management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of mostly UK live events, spanning internal communication projects, including conferences with product exhibitions for up to 2500 pax.

The role will involve:

  • Client relationship management and organic account growth
  • Leading the creative content for projects
  • Briefing internal teams - creative, production, video
  • Project management
  • Proposal writing and soft-pitch delivery to existing clients
  • Line management
  • Budget management
