Job Description: As a teaching specialist cover role with GSL Education - Chelmsford, you will have the opportunity to work in various educational settings, covering daily, short-term, and long-term supply assignments. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality teaching support to students at different academic stages.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, along with strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection. You should also demonstrate adaptability, passion for education, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
