About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Colleague at our Harlow E Rd Superstore. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Availability Window

We require our Colleagues to be available to work during the following times:

Monday: 06:00:00 - 14:00:00

Thursday: 06:00:00 - 14:00:00

Saturday: 06:00:00 - 14:00:00

Your Responsibilities

As a Colleague, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers
  • Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas
  • Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
  • Being knowledgeable about your store's performance and contributing to driving service and sales
  • Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere
  • Being yourself, living our values, and making everyone feel welcome
