Job Overview

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a highly skilled Business Resilience professional to join their team as a Senior Business Continuity Manager. This role will play a crucial part in implementing and embedding the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and embed DORA requirements across Business Resilience program at Janus Henderson Investors
  • Work closely with the global team, Luxembourg-based business stakeholders, and technology and vendor risk stakeholders
  • Assist in developing, facilitating, and coordinating Business Resilience table-top and stress testing exercises
  • Develop schedules and materials for Business Resilience training and awareness activities
  • Assist in designing and producing relevant metrics, management information, and reporting materials
  • Provide Business Resilience support to technology and vendor risk oversight teams
  • Monitor and communicate potential threats impacting the JHI business
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of DORA, its regulatory requirements, and practical implementation challenges
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of Janus Henderson Investors' business and relate it to continuity and resilience approaches
  • Knowledge necessary to propose relevant continuity and risk responses to changing business risks and regulatory changes
  • Proven ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • High level of personal integrity
