About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Hospitality Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality hospitality services across all our homes in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor income and expenditure, ensuring value for money and compliance with internal and external standards
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Manage the performance, development, and training of kitchen and domestic staff
- Collaborate with our portfolio of homes across Cornwall and South West England to standardize delivery and drive business efficiencies
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing cost-effective hotel and catering services
- Experience of providing staff and cost control management
- Full, valid UK driver's licence
