Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor income and expenditure, ensuring value for money and compliance with internal and external standards
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Manage the performance, development, and training of kitchen and domestic staff
  • Collaborate with our portfolio of homes across Cornwall and South West England to standardize delivery and drive business efficiencies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing cost-effective hotel and catering services
  • Experience of providing staff and cost control management
  • Full, valid UK driver's licence
