Job Title: HR Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team at Connells Group HQ. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in producing and analyzing data to drive business decisions and improve HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement systematic and easily accessible people analytics methods to enable employee and management self-service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and develop process changes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support the HR team in developing and delivering complex and ad-hoc reporting requirements using analytical tools and techniques.
  • Continually improve HR MI processes, managing governance and risk controls to function efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel skills, including If statements, Index and match, Sum product, Array Formulas, and experience with Jasper or PowerBI reporting tools.
  • Demonstrable ability and experience in analyzing and interpreting employee data/management information and producing clear and concise reports/insight and recommendations for a wide audience.
  • Excellent communication and grammatical skills, with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders across the business and externally.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively.
  • A team player with strong attention to detail.
