Casnovas Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, and performance management.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions and initiatives.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
