Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, and performance management.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions and initiatives.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
