We are seeking a highly organized Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team at Sykes Cottages Limited, based in Chester. This role involves full end-to-end payroll processing, including pension auto-enrolment and RTI submissions.
Key Responsibilities- Process all employee contractual changes in line with monthly pay schedules.
- Input ad-hoc adjustments onto the payroll.
- Check the payroll results and resolve any warning or error messages.
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in payroll software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role requires flexibility and agility in response to departmental needs.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £38,000 - £43,000, depending on experience.
