About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team at Sykes Cottages Limited, based in Chester. This role involves full end-to-end payroll processing, including pension auto-enrolment and RTI submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process all employee contractual changes in line with monthly pay schedules.
  2. Input ad-hoc adjustments onto the payroll.
  3. Check the payroll results and resolve any warning or error messages.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility and agility in response to departmental needs.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £38,000 - £43,000, depending on experience.
