We are hiring a Customer Service Advisor to join our Haven Knox-Johnston team to support the administration of clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, brokers, and other teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Administer client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and providing regular updates to clients.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to senior team members, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing risk.
