Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks
  • Engaging in activities that promote social interaction and stimulation
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition

Working Hours:

We offer flexible working hours to accommodate your needs, including:

  • 08:00 - 13:00
  • 13:00 - 18:00
  • 18:00 - 22:00
  • 22:00 - 08:00

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Compassion and empathy for clients with complex care needs
