Care Support Assistant

Jane Lewis Healthcare is a leading national care provider seeking compassionate Care Support Assistants to provide vital care to individuals in North Wales. As a Care Support Assistant, you will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities to enhance their independence and quality of life in a safe, caring environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, offering person-centred care that promotes independence.
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and supporting social engagement and activities.
- Engage and encourage individuals to participate in community activities, building their confidence and social skills.
- Collaborate with the wider support team, documenting and reporting on individuals' progress, and maintaining detailed, accurate records.
- Previous experience in learning disability support is essential.
- Restraint training certification is required.
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and occasional sleep-in shifts.
- A valid UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
Packages:
- $30,000 - $40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate both full-time and part-time availability.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to build your career in healthcare.
- 24/7 support from a friendly and professional management team.
- $150 guaranteed if we cannot provide you with a shift within 14 days of sign off.
