Role Overview:
As a Project Management Specialist at SLB, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by interpreting and fulfilling aftermarket requirements. Your focus will be on ensuring that the agreed technical, commercial, and legal scope of supply and/or service is executed to meet customer satisfaction while adhering to budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly analyze customer contractual terms and specifications through a structured Contract Review process.
  • Oversee projects through various stages including disassembly, refurbishment, repair, and enhancement, ensuring that delivery timelines and profit margins are consistently maintained or improved.
  • Manage the logistics of parts and rental services effectively.
  • Develop and distribute operational packages aligned with project plans, coordinating their timely execution and promptly addressing any issues that may affect deadlines.
  • Engage in proactive and constructive communication with the Project Manager, relevant departments, and customers to ensure that status updates are readily available throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate necessary meetings during the project and document minutes for future reference.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all communications related to the project.
  • Provide accurate status and progress reports to management to support precise financial forecasting, including margin enhancement and cash flow management through budget oversight, accurate invoicing, and minimizing aged receivables.
  • Deliver project plans and status updates to clients promptly, while developing recovery strategies as needed, ensuring that clients receive the most accurate information and solutions to any challenges as soon as possible.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in a technical discipline is required.
  • Strong understanding of financial aspects and contractual commitments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to perform tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Effective time and resource management skills to meet both customer and organizational deadlines, including project management expertise.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software.
