About the Role

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) function within Balance Sheet Management in Corporate Treasury. As the Head of International Funds Transfer Pricing, Director, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing policies under which business assets and liabilities are transfer priced for interest rate, capital, and liquidity requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee policies for transfer pricing of business assets and liabilities
  • Execute firm-wide transfer pricing processes in line with established policies, procedures, and control requirements
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including Businesses, Risk, Treasury, Technology, and Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Support global FTP methodology team as needed to navigate local considerations
  • Prepare, support, and present to management recurring and ad hoc analysis related to FTP policies, implementation, and monitoring
  • Review and improve implementation of FTP policies and procedures across international entities, including controls and monitoring with proactive escalation to senior management as appropriate
Requirements
  • Experience in Financial Services, Treasury, and/or Asset Liability Management with managerial experience
  • Extensive experience in Funds Transfer Pricing policies and execution and Asset Liability Management
  • Experience leading projects of significant change covering strategy, operations, and process
