Customer Engagement Lead

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team at NARS in Westfield Stratford. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement and delivering exceptional results.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have experience in coaching and developing others, with a strong background in beauty retail management. They will be responsible for leading by example, creating strong connections with customers, and supporting the leadership of the team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leverage your coaching skills to develop and motivate team members, ensuring they deliver on sales targets
- Drive KPIs and sales performance, aligning with the company's working principles: Think Big, Take Risks, Hands on, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable, Applaud Success
- Work closely with management to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet business objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer service, inspiring self-expression and creativity among customers
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in coaching and developing others
- Beauty retail management experience
- Strong artistry skills, ideally with a qualification
- Ability to communicate effectively with a team and lead
- Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets
- Alignment with the company's values and working principles
