Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing menu plans to ensure consistency and quality of food
• Leading and motivating a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Managing kitchen operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimal waste
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure optimal levels
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients
• Conducting regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and quality of food
• Providing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and suppliers
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards
