Talent Finder is seeking an E-commerce Strategist to drive the growth of their online business.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the continuous improvement of the company website and planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales revenue.

This role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and experience with developing and leading digital marketing campaigns. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive, with a proactive hands-on mindset and great ideas to reinforce the website's excellent online presence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating results, experience managing and communicating with external agencies, and a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Salary: £32,500 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience).
